Why I wanted to work there?
Interviewer grilled me about the Stages of Change and stated that it was likely this would be a big change because my only prior experience in mental health was "as a peer". Questions felt designed to stump me and lift up the interviewer. Interviewer was condescending and didn't care that my bachelor's degree was in process, but seemed more interested in telling me about how she wanted me to sell to people than what my experience could provide to her company.
