I find it mildly alarming that two of the 'interviewers' were interested in finding out facts which were legally irrelevant (and verboten, mind you) for an employer to know in my country: in one particular case, family status.

The sheet they give you at the group interview says: What are your 4 skills you believe will help you sell? What are 6 skills necessary in a leader? How much do you plan on making in 1 year, 5 years, 10 years? If you could be one living person who would it be?

Really nothing, but pulling together a 1 hour training seminar takes several hours of prep, so the fact no one got back in touch with me after many hours of prep and interviewing. They did ask me if I would consider working for them on a "contract" basis is case the new division they were forming did not work out.
