Interview began with an introduction of me and my background. Standard HR questions, Why do you want to be an instructor with AA etc. Technical questions were scenario based instructor questions. "The difference between a procedure and a technique?" Brief a Jepp approach plate was listed in the task for the interview but I was not asked to do that in the interview.

Tell me what you think your weakness is? I responded that I am a perfectionist and went to go into detail that I work too many hours and my life work balance was not what it should be and was told that wasn't a good enough answer.
