Questions were mostly related to technical expertise, leadership style, change management, transformation, conflict resolution, etc. (as you'd expect for this role). Although the questions were understandably challenging (and interesting!), there was nothing "unexpected" or that made me feel uncomfortable.
There questions on the test are basic but are scored on a scale. The more detailed the answer the better. Be prepared to get questions on SQL cursors.
