The interview process and face to face meetings were very professional. I received a warm welcome from the sales director who made me feel valued and confortable throughout the whole process. They were asking me smart questions and really focused on knowing more about my previous experience. It was a competency/traits based interview of my carreer up to date, in which I have been asked to give examples of how I handled difficult situations, how I was managing my pipeline to reach my targets, what made me a top performer, how I reacted to feedbacks, what type of management I valued and finally, my interest in the company and in the role. My final phone call with the VP of sales was aimed to understand my motivation to join the company and also gave me the opportunity to understand more about Clippings ambitions for the future and how I would become a key component in the company’s growth. They took time to answer all of my questions and gave me the impression to be team of talented and passionate people who are excited for what’s coming next and are not afraid to raise up their sleeves to bring the company to the next level.
