They were interested in my paralegal and government relations background, reviewing and reporting on proposed legislation and regulations affecting credit insurance and debt protection products across the United States.
Questions were very streamlined to my experience and what they were looking for.
Each interview was more of an open discussion about the market, my experience, what I am aiming to bring. Open and frank, talked about my past experience and my goals. May be some difference in focus according to each MD/Director's particular focus.

Mostly they asked me about my previous experience. I was impressed that they came into the interviews having already reviewed my resume thoroughly and prepared specific experience-related questions for me. It was very relaxed and non-technical.
