Why would you want to work for a startup/for this cause? Not only do they ask you about your work experience, they also dive deeper into the details to understand your exact role, how you contributed to each project, etc.
There was rarely a time when I felt like I was actually in active conversation; they asked very generic, quite bland questions and seemed...distressed when I asked them specific questions about themselves based on thorough research I had done reading past pieces of work and even social media profiles.
Questions deal with qualifications desired and past experience with those qualifications. Ability to work independently and remotely if needed. Leadership questions usually asked as well and past examples.
