I don't think this interview-style was about asking questions. We talked about who I was, what I could offer, and how passionate I was about teaching others. While I did speak on my technical background, I don't feel this was the emphasis of the interview.

I was asked about my prior experience in recruiting, metrics I was expected to meet, what a typical day as a Recruiter looked like for me, what motivates me, how I structure my day, etc.
