How would you break down the product funnel for users in our core product, and what are 3 high-impact experiments that you would run to try and improve conversion?
Interview 1 - Q: Tell me in your current role, what's been your biggest challenge? Not necessarily from a product or scoping perspective but like more so, it's a big company right? And you're working remote, and it's through acquisition? There must be some conflicting opinions and things like that from time to time. Or from sort of an influence perspective, can you recall something that was particularly challenging, that you had to overcome?
Interview 1 - Q: When you were at "company", how was the team? Who was involved cross functionally? How did that work in terms of delivering software?
