The most difficult question for me was between "what makes you a good candidate for the position?" and being able to describe what you would do in a certain situation if a) a kid got into a fight with another student and b) a parent wants to speak with you and c) it is time for you to rotate to the next area to stay on time with program activities.
Typical retail/management interview. They are looking for leaders if you don't know what that means you should look else where
