I personally do not like the question about my weaknesses. Who tell the truth? But you have to sit and trying to tell something that will not ruined your interview. Other steps were not hard. It was friendly atmosphere and pretty fast. No more than 15 minutes.

"Do you have experience doing Company public reporting?" "No...that was my question - given my resume, I'm an expert in M&A, but not SOX" "Oh this isn't going to work since you need to sign off on SOX" "Well, no kidding.... Why are we talking.....?"
