They asked about how I found out about the company and what i knew about it. Then they did a language check where I had to speak of my hobbies and working experience in the language they wanted to hire me for. Then in the technical interview they asked about the position related knowledge (sap knowledge, to name so transactions i used before, activities i did that were also required for the position). Last part was the management interview with questions about working in stressful month closure and about the feeling towards a multinational environment.

Stage 2, 3 and 4 all had Competency-based questions on skills they were looking for (i.e. from job spec). Also included technical accounting questions which would be required for the job. Although structured interviews, it was comfortable and had the feel of "casual/informal conversation". You felt at ease. You also had the opportunity to show your personality and discuss your interests too.

What Financial statement BS, IS, or CF would you show to an individual to best explain TI? (This was the closest thing to a technical question I was asked)
They have required to do and complete a "test project" to provide an analysis and computation on their inventory adjustment. They should have hired an auditing firm for it and they don't want to spend so they get accountants to do this for free for them.
What kind of background experience do I have. Why do I want to work there.
