Are you able to handle ambiguity in the work environment?
They will ask you to summarize your jobs. It's a dumb question b/c if you read the candidate's resume then no need to ask the candidate resummarize their own resume! Instead, utilize the interview time and go over the job description and responsibilities to see how experienced the candidate is. The hiring manager might ask the candidate to work on a take-home mini project that you are required to write up to 2 pages. I thought it was promising when they asked me to complete a free project.

Q: Describe the process you would take to deal with a new customer who is coming to the end of their on-boarding period and who have not fully implemented the solution?
Windows command lines, troubleshooting scenarios, enterprise networking, General cyber security questions, etc... it all depends on what you put on your resume! Don’t oversell yourself!
