The first question was on relevant skills, experience and knowledge which helped to relax me into the interview. Other questions were around managing staff members, partnership working and working creatively.
Behavioral based questions on operating principles. One question was to tell about a time when my whole team wasn't performing well and how I handled it. That one was hard and unexpected!
