What are the top 3 things that you are looking for in a company
Tell me why you choose EY and what's you long term and short term goal? I'm also asked about my leadership experience. After that, they ask some behavioral questions like how do you manage your time? how would you get along with others? My advice is researching the company and getting to know what you want and display it well.
The interviews were very conversational in nature and didn't require much technical thought. They mostly just wanted to hear about my experiences on my resume. The only real question I had to answer was about how I've handled working with a group member that wasn't pulling his weight. My advice would be worry less about what they'll ask you and focus more on good questions that you can ask them as they seemed very impressed by my inquiries.
