There were less overall technical questions during the interview process and I had the sense that they felt that I was going to be a good match because of my personality. When I learned that another candidate was selected I was curious to know how they made that decision if both of us had the same amount of technical questions was it that they felt they were a better fit based on a total of perhaps 1 hour of time spent talking with the person?
