Nothing difficult I guess I just did not give the answers they wanted. How did you creatively overcome an obstacle? You have 3 projects and (3 line managers) you have clients that feel their project is most important, how do you handle this? What is the difference between leader and manager?
Basic things, what is your experience; how many people have you managed etc. As an aside they consider a ratio of more than 10 people too one manager 'too much'.
