3. The other interviewer (most probably all of them was in a training on how to conduct an interview) was checking since the beginning if I was crossing my legs, my arms, what I was doing with my hands... I know the body language study, but this was ridiculous. I am Italian, had lots of job interview with different companies and previously with lots of cinema Producers, and I had interview with press and big audience about my cinema works, so I know what I'm talking about. You can check at the beginning how I start and present myself, but till the end of the 2 hours interview?? And then how! You should at least not let the person see or understand that you are checking these things, but this girl was quite going with her head under the table to see my legs and my hands!! This is not only not professional, but this is also distracting and putting the wrong pressure.
