They asked about a few situations in writing that covered working in a team and some teaching situations. Then they had me fill out some obscure IQ test and a management style test, unsure how these related to the job.

As mentioned, unfortunately I can't recall the exact questions asked - however, each response I gave was met with further, often repetitive, questioning - leading to an interrogative feel as opposed to a two way constructive dialogue on my suitability.
