HR round was pretty straightforward forward where the questions revolved around overall experience and personality traits. The second round of interviews was much more in-depth about the specific experience related to the role and there were some situation based questions for eg how will you handle a tough customer, if you want to give bad feedback to one of your reportees how will you do it, etc
