Try to add more diverse questions. I received at least 15 "Tell me about a time when..." - you felt disappointed -you failed and picked yourself up -you took on more work than you planned -you didn't agree with your boss -you didn't agree with a coworker I get that the interviewers are trying to learn more about me and my work ethic, but I am 21 years older, I only have so many stories. Likewise, many of the questions were relatively the same so they were super difficult to think of new examples at times.

List your 3 biggest weaknesses
During the preliminary 30 minute interview the HR rep quizzed me on the Auditor general. She asked to name 5 things that they do, 5 types of clients, and list recent company news. Then asked a bunch of typical behavioral questions (Strengths, weaknesses etc.) felt very clinical and awkward.
