The experience post the interview has been worst since after all the rounds which took place over the course of a month and half, no response came from the company about the final result. It has been over 1 month post the process. The company should atleast take consideration of a candidate's time and efforts they put in the process. Even if the result is negative, they should have the minimum decency to notify the candidate or reply to their mails. A big organisation and totally unprofessional and indifferent to candidates.
