Their was a 60min collaboration session where you had to design a solution for a city parking ticket system and pitch your idea to the fake Mayor at the end.
Hr asked me about my background, my skills and expertise. The next step of the interview was related to my assignment.
They asked me to redesign the Dashboard for their internal project Web Page. The old UI is cluttered and messy, lacking proper design system follow-through.
There were no tricky questions. Overall we had a nice, genuine conversation about UI/UX design, what I do, some challenges that I had, how I solved them.
