I am not sure how to answer this question. There was more than 1 thing the interviewers asked me. But generally speaking, I appreciated the probing into validating if I was a culture fit or not. Often times, company's that are growing sacrifice culture fit for technical / business need. Long-term this is a recipe for disaster and I value that Squarespace does not subscribe to the same philosophy.
Covered my entire career several times, over the phone and in person. Had lunch with recruiting team which was fine except for one member who made you feel the only reason he was there was to get the free lunch. After multiple interviews and a flight to the Atlanta office, they drop the question about becoming a consultant vs.a perm hire, which had not come up in any form prior.I informed them I was not interested in a contract role, I was not offered a perm position at that point.

They asked about the previous targets and my deadlines to meet them.
The original phone screen was basic questions.
Ask every question regarding recruitment, clients, position I worked for, previous company I worked for, regarding offer and starts and behavior questions.
