They asked a few questions about y commitment to implementing business change, which was irrelevant as they opposed all of the change I implemented and at times i felt that I was rolling a huge boulder uphill every day and having to teach my boss what change would mean and what benefits it would bring.

Most questions were unprofessional and had no point. It was apparent that the people that bothered to show up wanted no part of the process.
