During your onsite interview, there will be a Product Challenge where you will design a product with the interview team. We find that providing an interviewee a heads up leads to a much more engaging and effective discussion. Before coming in for the interview, please complete the following tasks: 1. Select one of the following problem areas: a. Most people don’t consider going to a public bathroom at one of the following to be a pleasant experience - airports, rest areas, train stations, restaurants, or others like that. b. Water bottles leave a lot to be desired, they do provide something basic for everybody but don’t quite crack the code for any single constituency. c. Shuttling kids to and from activities is a harrowing commitment and experience for parents. 2. Conduct some user and market research to find out what the actual problems and unmet needs are. You may talk to strangers, friends, family, colleagues, etc. Frame up some thoughts and bring them to the interview. 3. Please let your OnDeck recruiter know what you picked before the interview. 4. Please know that the session onsite will be up to 90 minutes long. You may bring your findings using any medium of your choosing. We did not provide you a lot of information here, so you might have a lot of questions. That’s by design. Feel free to make assumptions.

- If you have an app that is designed for children, how would you think about possible monetization strategies? Which one would you choose? How much revenue would you choice generate per year? - Design an events platform (have to mock up with pen and paper on the spot, talk through user personas and requirements) - Explain what's happening in this click-through funnel (visual w/ some metrics) Where is the problem? Where would you start to increase conversion? - What's a product you love and how would you improve it?
