There seemed to be 2 types of interviewers - skills and fit interviewers. They asked *very* different questions - the hiring manager and the two people on the team asked specific scenario questions and dug into examples with me. The other two (that were not part of the team I was applying to join), asked culture questions, family questions, past job experience questions (best/worst experience, how you handled, what did you think of that). Not hard questions, but you were being evaluated all the same.
What I would do first, to get to know the clients and accounts.
There were a number of situational questions.
Asked about several of the different authentication methods you've used as an API designer.
Around processes. SCRUM planning. Less technical questions. Attitude check, if you are open to work in non-hierarchical organization
What defines a "successful launch"?
