Why residential project & not commercial?
There really wasn't no unexpected questions, as I have been asked many different questions before at other previous interviews for different companies. I think the one I always find difficult to answer is the one about my weaknesses - who the heck likes to mention they have a weakness?

They said I got the Probability question wrong so double check your work.
The most unexpected questions were related to my personal life and what I was looking for in my future at work and outside of work. This surprised me because it was very different then my previous employer. I later found out that it was during those discussion that I really stood out.
