I'm rating the in person interview as difficult only because you truly do need to be as prepared as possible. My advice to those reading this who are likely applying and interviewing, take their advice and make sure you come as prepared as you can. Mostly standard behavioral questions, easily answered on the phone calls if you're prepared. A little more challenging in person, without skipping a beat. Mostly because I sat with 3 sets of 2 people, so there were a lot of questions (each asked two as required, but also additional if time allowed) and it is challenging to find that many unique, worth-talking-about situations where you can speak specifically to the situation, task, action, results, no matter how awesome you are.

What if you have given the complete prototypes and mockups for the product and Engg has got back to you 3 days before release saying this particular feature cant be implemented and it takes a lot of time. According to usability stand point that had a major impact. How would you manage to communicate the situation to Engg or get this change across.?
