The most important way to get an account is to be invited by an existing member of our community. Members inviting new members is an essential way to increase our overall customer base. Now, imagine you are a Data Scientist at BestSecret. A member of the marketing team approaches you and asks you for a selection of customers we should target. The goal is to improve the customer base in terms of size and quality. They will target customers with informative mailing to incentivize them to invite friends. You understand that they are looking for a subset of customers, who are likely to invite multiple new customers with high spends in the shop in the future. You assume that every customer only knows a limited number of people to invite and starts with inviting family members and close friends. Also, some customers might not know that it is possible to invite others. So, you will focus on finding customers with no or only a few invitations so far. However, those customers should show potential based on their demographics and order behavior. The result of your analysis should be a list of customer IDs to target.
