There were no difficult questions; mostly questions about my resume and my work experience. Strategic sourcing experience, procurement experience, project management experience was required.
Tell me of a time when you did not get along with a co-worker.
All behavioral questions. I would say the most difficult question that I came across was "Tell me about time when you had to work in an uncomfortable group setting successfully."
How do you resolve conflits?
Most of target interview questions are behavioral questions. They would ask you to give a situation where you did such such thing or solved such such problem. Then they ask you what you have learned from the situation and what improvement you would make in the future.
Tell me about a time where you took action at work without being told and describe the action you took, was it successful or not, if not tell me why it was not.
