Most of target interview questions are behavioral questions. They would ask you to give a situation where you did such such thing or solved such such problem. Then they ask you what you have learned from the situation and what improvement you would make in the future.
Explain a time when you disagreed with your supervisor.
Tell me a time when you worked individually / worked with other people.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years
Have you ever faced resistance when implementing a new sourcing strategy or process? How did you overcome it?
All behavioral questions. I would say the most difficult question that I came across was "Tell me about time when you had to work in an uncomfortable group setting successfully."
What is your expectation on the role? Your factory experience? Any unforgettable experience when communicate with factory/onsite experience? Your weakness and strengths? Your understanding on different 3rd party ethical audit program
Why Revolut? Tell me about your experience? What does revolut do? Sourcing platforms? strength and weakness?
A good portion of the role is negotiating contracts, so they asked about the contracts I currently negotiate and about some of the T's & C's.
