This was one thing which I probably couldn't get at the time. I think they wanted me to explain a particular feature/design that I have implemented. Not really sure what was expected.

The one hour presentation was the most challenging part of the interview, but also the most enjoyable.
How would I handle a physical altercation between staff?
They have an initial screening interview done with an AI bot as well. That was OK, except it was locked down so tight (no cut and paste...etc..) there were some challenges. The AI would take your answer the second you hit enter.... Then I tried to give it more info, but it had already assumed conclusions about me.
