Phone interview - the recruiter asked basic questions on my current experience and why I wanted to apply for this role, also asking me to do a short sales pitch on Google AdWords. Onsite interview - lasted over an hour, more structured, composing of many competency based and situational questions. Not allowed to disclose the questions but do prepare for questions that challenge the way you think and are meant to see your thought process when you have to deal with difficult challenges. There was no nonsensical questions that they used to be famous for, which I really appreciated because the conversation was real and focused on learning more about each other and our fit.
