The interview questions were behavioral and personality questions. The Interviewer was very transparent and encouraged us to be ourselves, where as in most interview you feel a need to impress the interviewer, she was welcoming and pleasant. She even encouraged us to grab a glass of wine or water during the interview. Unbelievable.
