HR questions are pretty straightforward with some behavioral questions. The questions from the Director / EVP will be more qualifications-specific. If interviewing with EVP, expect some questions to intentionally catch you off guard. He like to see how you react under pressure since you could often be taken by surprise when interacting with clients.
I did not experience any difficult questions due to my own interviewing practices of asking open ended questions as they do. Be prepared to provide specific occurrences to substantiate your experience.
