I don't think there was any difficult questions. - How do deal with difficult customer. - What to do if client just don't get what you are saying. - Also there were some questions about team work and my telephone skills.
What experience do you have working with angry customers?
Most difficult question was if I spoke Spanish, which I don't and I did not expect to hear that question, even though it is indeed a common one, I imagine.
