During the interview at Edifecs, the questions were predominantly focused on specific domain knowledge, particularly healthcare data forms, EDI, and detailed claims and encounter data. There was little emphasis on assessing analytical skills, experience, or process-oriented capabilities. The questions felt more like a test on very specific knowledge areas rather than a comprehensive evaluation of my overall fit for the role, which seemed bizarre because this was with the hiring manager and there are specific rounds following this interview to assess technical abilities.
