Second round questions touched on soft skills and technical skills. 1. Tell me about your current/previous company - how big is it and what do they do. (Not your job responsibilities but in general about the company) 2. How does your skills fit in for this job? Give more background on how your current role is related to Demand Planning. 3. What have you worked on previously that is relevant to demand planning and forecasting? What kind of forecasting models did you use and how did you make that selection? 4. What led you to choose this career? what motivates you in this field? 5. Have you used Power BI, PowerPoint, SAP explain with example projects and what have you gained from these software tools? 6. Explain about a time where you were having multiple obstacles and how you overcame them with examples. 7. Explain about the time you and your coworker/s had different view points about something. Interview questions were not clearly stated by the recruiter, he did not know enough about the position he was screening for. He then claim he could not hear on the call, ask if he could hang up and call back. He did and stated he still couldnt hear, he stated he heard the first minutes of the interview but he couldnt hear after that. He then ended the interview.
