Essentially all the behavioral tell me about a time Yadi Yadi Q’s. The problem with the HR leadership and panel is they preface the Q’s “be brief”. The silly board game begins subsequently when you’re brief, then 3 more follow up questions. Duhhhh HR is detail oriented not pouring cereal in a bowl followed by milk. So inefficient yet this was HR back in 2014.
