Strategic and innovation were pointed out in various projects I did. Was obsessed with the process of research.
All questions we well designed requiring thought. Must be able to think on your feet
How do you handle multiple projects?
Questions were standard. However, the hiring manager indicated she was hiring for a slightly different role from the one for which I applied and then described the new role. The new role wasn't terribly different but it was enough to make the interview more challenging than it should have been.
