They really wanted to understand how I work as a part of a team, and how I manage my pipeline. There was also a major focus on culture and bringing good energy and personalities into the team as they continue to expand the Sales team.
The study case was made to be incisive to make sure you already know the industry and have knowledge and network. I can not detail too much without compromising the recruitment process but be prepared for at least a question like this one: "What would be your strategy to meet the company's targets and OKRs?
A lot of the questions were very much related to the role itself and how I would handle these particular situations.
