The interviews were very behavioral. The team was primarily curious in learning about my background, and why I wanted to work for Catchafire. Questions included: How do I manage change? What type of leadership style do I work well under? Tell me about a time you were in a difficult team situation. I was given plenty of time to ask the team, including the CEO any questions that I had.

Just the basic background check and what motivated to switch.
The manager asked me open end questions about the challenges of the specific industry the job was within and other high-level questions. The answer could have been anything and did not fit into the STAR format that AWS is pushing so hard.
Walk me through your profile, how would you create a sales strategy for an upcoming product or service we launch, etc.
The usual questions were asked in stage 1 (as far as I made it).
