MCF will send you a questionnaire with roughly 25 questions during an additional screening (after the phone interview). This is their practice for other roles as well, in my experience. All told, my responses required several pages and an entire weekend to prepare. I received no feedback from MCF or the recruiters. Though this request was appropriate for the position, I've never had this step (a skills test, writing prompt, etc.) take place before an interview with the hiring manager or staff because it's a big ask that truly benefits from workplace context. This process sends a message to prospective employees - your time is more valuable than mine.
