Lots of OOP and scientific questions. Most problems were science based but could probably be solved without a scientific background
They asked me to write code to do a lowpass filter convolution of some image data.
You are in a rowing boat on a lake. A large heavy rock is also in the boat. You heave the rock overboard. It sinks to the bottom of the lake. What happens to the water level in the lake? Does it rise, fall or stay the same?
I won't give away the questions, but my team cared a lot about issues that are important in multi-threaded programming. These were general, fundamental parallel programming questions. No questions were CUDA specific. In fact, basic knowledge of a specific parallel programming framework (like OpenMP) would not help much. The questions were fair and the interviewers were nice.
