First interview with HR was to help me understand the role and for them to understand my work profile and past experience. Second interview was more technical, focused on learning my patterns of work, tools I've worked on in the past and to verify my knowledge. Third interview was focused on projects in macro scale, so team management and project management, scope estimations, work distribution, etc.
I don't think it is ethical to reveal the actual questions, but you can expect standard software engineering questions + Salesforce knowledge questions (nothing extra complicated).
