Tell scenario about how you handled a difficult customer--Please note: I heard from interviewers and recruiters that if you use harsh language even in telling the story-even if you are telling what someone else said if you use cuss words or any harsh language that is an immediate fail. I had an interviewer/team manager tell me she wanted to hire a guy really bad as his skills were awesome and his scores on the tests were the highest she had ever seen--but he was telling a story of a disgruntled customer and what the customer said and he used a curse word and she had to notate it as an auto fail!! The interviewer was so disappointed, as she really wanted this guy to join the team!!
