Thumbtack sent a written essay to evaluate your skills in replying to customers. They asked that you reply without knowing the background/rules at thumbtack. I did research on Thumbtacks regulations so I could answer the essay in the same way Thumbtack would.

As a final question they asked if I was ok with seeing disturbing and violent content including child pornography, as that was a major part of the role and the working hours would also not be the usual 9-5.
