What are the most important skills to succeed in risk management today?
I walked the recruiter through a specific project. The recruiter followed up my answer with "what would you do differently"
The hiring manager did not ask me a single question the entire interview, except one to ask about my current employer and the services my company offers. The hiring manager did not ask me why I was qualified for the position or why I was interested in the position. Not a single question was asked of me regarding this role or otherwise. At one point, I offered to answer any questions she had for me and to give her a run down of my background. It was only after I asked her to ask me that she said "sure tell me about yourself."
Describe a complex risk management challenge you encountered while implementing technology solutions for a client? How did you balance the technical, regulatory, and business priorities, and what was the outcome?
