Tell me about a time when you had a difficult customer that you couldn't help based on company policies. What did you do and say to the customer to explain the situation?
The most difficult question was asked on my part to better describe the full range and scope of the position, and how it was supported. They couldn't give an adequate response. Told me it was OJT and better explained if I could "observe" an event as part of the interview process.
